As we write this letter on tax day, April 15, many people may not know that the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department has a $5.5 million annual budget. Therefore, the taxpayers of Bartholomew County need an experienced person running the department. Todd Noblitt is that experienced person. He has a proven record of fiscal responsibility in the department as budget manager. With his help, the department has held its yearly budget at a near flat line for the past few years, helping to save taxpayer money.

Not only does Noblitt have the fiduciary experience, he is a 24-year veteran of the department, having worked his way up from volunteer to currently serving as second in command — chief deputy.

Therefore, when one considers all the facts, it is a no-brainer that Todd Noblitt is just the best man for the job. That is why we are supporting him for Bartholomew County sheriff and urge you to vote for him in the primary.

Don't settle for a preview.
