Letter: Not allowed to smoke cigarettes, but pot is OK?

Seems like sometime soon a person will not be allowed to smoke tobacco anywhere in public. (The governing officials are passing the law.) Seems like sometime soon we will be able to smoke pot for recreational purposes. (The governing officials are going to pass this law, too?)
Does this mean we can smoke pot anywhere? More tax money for the government from pot growers. Then I not only will have to watch for drunk drivers, but potheads as well. Drunks get a DUI. Pot heads get a PUI? Appears to be a little hypercritical to me.
