When President Obama appears on TV and wants to speak, my immediate interest turns to taking a nap or watching paint dry.

I watch anything but him. He is a good speaker, but his words have little substance and are filled with shallow promises.

Obama will go down in history as the worst president this country has ever had.

I thought Jimmy Carter was bad, but Obama makes Carter look like a genius.

Fuel prices affect every industry, every household, every human in some way, yet the oil companies continue to report record profits on a regular basis.

Don’t get me wrong; companies are in business to make a profit, but gouging should be banned. Fuel prices have increased 96 percent since Obama took office.

The national debt is at the worst level it has ever been with no light at the end of the tunnel. I feel so sad that my kids and grandkids will have to suffer for the rest of their lives for his extremely poor performance.

The foreign press loves Obama; he provides the newspapers with plenty of cartoon material.

Veterans have to spend many months trying to get medical claims processed, yet they put their lives on the line for this country. It’s a shame the way veterans are treated, and all Obama does is make more promises on what he is going to do. Again only Obama promises, no commitments.

This health care fiasco is typical of the way he runs the country: No real plans put in place prior to implementation, as a result it is a disaster when it is kicked out and ready for the public to use.

This health care mess exists because he lacks the experience to initiate such a plan.

This country was raised on the words “In God We Trust,” and yet we allow other people to walk all over us and allow them to try to eliminate the word “God” from the English language. This country is in a sad state, but it is still the best country in the entire world; no other country is even close. If you doubt me on that, why is it that so many foreigners are crossing our borders wanting to live in America?

The number of presidential decisions he has made are higher than all of the previous presidents combined.

It absolutely boggles my mind that we, the people of the United States, can sit back and let one man, who was a community organizer with little or no experience, make so many decisions that affect our lives.

He has no military background, had no international experience, no experience on running any company and yet he thinks he knows what’s best for all Americans. Unbelievable!

“It’s time to bridge the gap between the rich and poor.” Wow! Again his policy of taking from those who work and giving to those who don’t — the Obama way.

What kind of man is he who can spend millions of taxpayer dollars on the many family vacations he and his kids and their friends have taken, while so many people are out of work and struggling just to put food on their tables.

The end of his term can’t get here soon enough.

Don't settle for a preview.
