Letter: Woman’s community involvement praised

On May 6 the primary election will be held in Columbus. I hope after reviewing the qualifications of the judicial candidates, you will vote for my good friend, Kathleen “Kitty” Coriden, to continue to serve as judge of Bartholomew Superior Court 2.

If you look at her professional experience and community involvement over the past 42 years, you will find her to be the best candidate for judge of Superior Court 2.

An example of her community involvement occurred during the 2008 flood. I personally witnessed her working tirelessly for days delivering food and drink to the homeless residents and the workers helping the flood victims. She also spent days stripping homes of the wet and molded aftermath and helped to repair those homes. That is real community involvement.

I have found her to be a person of the highest ethical standards. She is impartial, compassionate and respectful. Cast your vote on May 6 for Kitty Coriden.
