The possibility of being on the Indiana Ballot in 2014 — an Indiana state constitutional ban of gay marriage? We already know that the Supreme Court recently struck down the Defense of Marriage Act. Let me say that again, the Supreme Court struck it down. I would think some of the brightest, most enlightened minds in our country have the right idea. Unfortunately, marriage laws are determined state by state where a small minority of constituents’ opinions can muddy the waters with nonsense. Some day in the future, this debate will be looked upon as discriminatory and inane.
