Investigators are unclear about what happened during a Sunday night stabbing incident at a northside mobile home park, police said.
A 28-year-old man who was stabbed in the upper back during the 10:40 p.m. incident in Candlelight Village was released after treatment at Columbus Regional Hospital, police spokesman Lt. Matt Myers said.
According to the victim, as he was walking up to a relative’s home in the 3800 block of Longshore Drive, he encountered three unknown men who were standing in a yard, Myers said.
The victim claimed that as the men attacked him, he was stabbed. However, the victim was unable to provide investigators with a good description of the attackers, Myers said.
The incident remains under investigation.
