New subdivision planned for Columbus Township

Follow The Republic:

A new subdivision planned for the northwest side of Columbus Township would be the first in the area in several decades, city-county planning director Jeff Bergman said.

The city plan commission unanimously recommended annexing a 13.46-acre parcel into the city limits and rezoning it from agricultural to single-family use.

Stonehaven, at the corner of Goeller Boulevard and County Road 350 West, would have 25 lots for houses ranging from $400,000 to $600,000, said developer Joel Spoon, owner of Columbus-based Spoon Real Estate and Construction.
