NORTH VERNON, Ind. — A North Vernon man is in jail after police arrested him on a charge of conspiracy to commit murder.
Daniel Rogers, 45, was arrested at about 8:30 p.m. Friday following a seven-hour investigation, according to a North Vernon Police Department media release.
During the investigation officers obtained a search warrant for a residence in the 100 block of West Walnut Street, according to the media release.
Officers attempted to interview Rogers on the allegations, but he requested his attorney be present, police said.
Rogers is incarcerated at the Jennings County Jail with no bond, police said.
