The Columbus North girls swim team swept through the preliminary round of the North Sectional on Thursday, swimming the fastest qualifying time in every event but two.
North led the 200 medley relay with Alexandra Nusawardhana, Cori Taylor, Grace Haskett and Jennifer Gutman in 1:56.31. The Bull Frogs led the 200 free relay with Darby Coles, Marah Bieger, Mackenzie Fry and Karen Wildemann swimming a 1:43.00. North finished off the relays with the 400 free relay as Nusawardhana, Kelcie Davie, Wildemann and Taylor swam a 3:50.92.
Fry led the 200 free in 2:00.92, Bieger led the 200 IM in 2:12.83 and 100 breaststroke in 1:09.64, Haskett led the 50 free in 24.51 and 100 back in 1:00.12 and Maddie Wyke led the 100 fly in 58.85.
