COLUMBUS, Ind. — For more than 10 years, the old St. Bartholomew Church has languished unused and slowly fallen into disrepair.
Now the property's owners and members of the local business, government and nonprofit sectors are trying to figure out what to do with the building and how to pay for needed repairs.
Discussions are in the early stages, and no plan of action has been adopted; but proposals include a welcoming community center, an international center and an arts center.
