COLUMBUS, Ind. — A Columbus man and woman accused of manufacturing methamphetamine in a Taylorsville motel room were slapped with lengthy prison terms on Thursday, one month after pleading guilty to a Class B felony in Bartholomew County Circuit Court.
Sarah N. Roseberry, 23, received a 12-year jail sentence, and 21-year-old Daniel Michael was sentenced to 13 years in jail by Circuit Court Judge Stephen Heimann. Michael's address is listed in court records as 2715 E. Kimberly Court. Roseberry lived in the 400 block of Hope Avenue.
Roseberry and Michael were among people arrested Jan. 8 by the Bartholomew County Sheriff's Department after officers received information of possible illegal drug activity at a motel.
