Panthers bounce back to beat South Ripley

NORTH VERNON — The Panthers, 1-1, picked up their first victory of the season by ripping South Ripley.

“It was a good bounce-back win for us,” said Jennings County coach Kendall Wildey, who’s team dropped a 7-0 decision to Greenwood on Saturday.

Lauren Klosterman was five for five with four RBI, Baylee Krueger hit a two-run homer in the second inning, Dani Kirchner was three for three with three RBI and Brittany Bonesteel was two for two with two RBI.
