Gov.-elect Mike Pence today announced details regarding events surrounding his inauguration January 14, 2013.
The events include:
11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Jan. 12: Family Fun Day. Free, open to the public, registration is required. Dallara IndyCar Factory, 1201 Main Street, Speedway, IN 46224
7 to 11 p.m., Jan. 12: Inaugural Ball Dinner & Dance. Black Tie Optional, General Attendance for the Inaugural Ball: $150/couple, $75/individual, Registration is required. JW Marriott, 10 South West Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204
1:30 p.m., Jan. 13: Inaugural Praise & Worship Service. Free, Open to the public, Registration is required. Clowes Memorial Hall of Butler University, 4602 Sunset Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46208
11 a.m., Jan. 14: Inauguration Ceremony. Free, Open to the public, Registration is required. Indiana Statehouse, 200 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204
Registration for all events will open in mid-December.
