Microbrewing has been growing in popularity in recent years, a trend seen in
Bartholomew County by several businesses including Hawcreek Brewing Co., Power House Brewing Co., 450 North Brewing Co. and ZwanzigZ pizza and brewing.
A varied array of possibilities come from water, grain, yeast and heat — enhanced by additions ranging from hops to extra sugar, to spices or even fruit. Moving ahead with a bottling operation is ZwanzigZ, where brewmaster Mike Rybinski works to fine-tune the process.
