COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus police are investigating an alleged robbery after a 25-year-old woman sought hospital treatment more than 12 hours after the incident occurred, police report.
Police learned of the robbery when they were called to Columbus Regional Hospital shortly before 4 p.m. Tuesday, according to police spokesman Lt. Matt Myers.
The hospital reported the incident, Myers said. The woman told police that after the incident happened, she locked herself in her apartment because she was scared.
