Police say tools, electronics taken in overnight burglary

Columbus Police are investigating a burglary at M&D Marketing, 1420 Jackson St.

Tools and electronics valued at $2,500 were stolen, Police Chief Jason Maddix said. There were no signs of forced entry, he said.

The burglary is believed to have occurred between 9 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday, he added.

Detectives have been assigned, but there are no suspects at this point, Maddix said.
