COLUMBUS, Ind. — A free program about the importance of having a life insurance plan will be presented Tuesday in the conference room of the Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus.

Judy Mankin, of Western Southern Financial Group, will present "Living Uses of Life Insurance" at 6:30 p.m.
