School board to approve coaching list for spring

The Flat Rock-Hawcreek School Corp. Board will consider approving a list of coaching recommendations for spring sports and set future meeting dates during a public meeting 7 p.m. today at the school corporation building, 9423 State Road 9 North.
The board approves coaches every year as a matter of policy, Superintendent Kathy Griffey said. Spring sports include baseball, tennis and softball.
Griffey said biweekly meeting dates this month and next might need to change because of some conflicts among school board members. Meetings typically are conducted the first and third Tuesdays of each month.
