School considers safety upgrade

As officials at Flat Rock-Hawcreek School Corp. were dealing with one kind of severe weather, they were preparing for another.

Engineers recommended the district upgrade the doors leading to the cafeteria at Hauser Jr.-Sr. High School, which also serves as a concrete tornado shelter certified to withstand an EF5 tornado.
