Columbus Signature Academy-New Tech High School, Central Middle School and L.C. Schmitt Elementary School.
What is your favorite part of the school day and why?
Pre-calculus and trigonometry. Mr. Ballman is an amazing teacher; he makes math fun
In which extracurricular activities do you participate?
Student Voice, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports Team, Student Ambassador, Columbus North track and field sprinter, Health Occupations Students of America, student panelist, Professional Dress Closet (founder), student ministry at First Christian Church.
When you’re not in school, where is your favorite place to be or what is your favorite thing to do and why?
My favorite place to be is at home or out with my friends because I can just relax and refresh my mind.
What has been your greatest high school memory so far
My greatest high school memory would have to be when I went to New Orleans on my spring break last year and did a work trip where we wired homes in the Lower Ninth Ward.
What are you looking forward to after graduation and why?
I am looking forward to attending a college in Indiana and majoring in optometry.
What is the most important thing you’ve learned during or from high school and why?
The most important thing I have learned is to never give up, no matter how hard the challenge is.
Who in your life has inspired you, or whom do you look up to and why?
My dad has really inspired me because he loves to help people. I love to help people as well, which is why I am following his footsteps and going into the medical field.
