Snappy Tomato Pizza paid its $18,500 settlement buyout to the city Friday afternoon, ending its lease obligation to The Commons.
Evicted Jan. 17 by the Columbus Redevelopment Commission, the restaurant had verbally agreed to pay the settlement within 10 to 15 days. The end of 15 business days was Friday.
