COLUMBUS, Ind. — Some Southwestern Bartholomew Water Corp. customers will be affected by boil water advisories and water outages today and Tuesday.
Due to work on a water main, customers on Country Club Road are under a boil water advisory until noon Wednesday. Water service was expected to be restored to the area by noon today.
Customers on Terrace Lake Road south of Deer Creek Subdivision, Wood Lake North and Wood Lake South, Yokewood Court, County Road 200S, Crossing Lane just off of County Road 200S and Catalina Drive will be without water from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday and under a boil-water advisory until noon Thursday. The utility is replacing a fire hydrant in the area.
As a precaution, customers should bring water to a full boil for five minutes before consumption, use in cooking or food preparation.
