St. Francis plans downtown Columbus medical office

Fransiscan St. Francis Health is planning to open a medical office facility in downtown Columbus.

The offices would be located at 123 Second St., in the former Goodyear building, owned by Tipton Park Offices. The company applied for a tax abatement that will be heard by Columbus City Council on Tuesday, according to city records.

Under state law, costs associated with the project are confidential.
