Long-time Columbus community gardeners have until Friday to reclaim their plots from last year and new gardeners can apply for a spot starting Monday.

Chris Schilling, the city's communications and programs coordinator, reported to the Board of Public Works and Safety today that the city is working to fill the plots in the community garden on Cessna Drive near the Columbus Municipal Airport.

The garden has 137 plots of both large and small sizes. The large size plots are $15 for the season and the small plots are $10.

Information: 376-2520.
