A North Vernon woman broke the door of a Country Squire Lakes home and threatened the residents during a burglary, police said.
Alice Foga, 39, was arrested on charges of burglary, a Class B felony; criminal recklessness, intimidation, criminal mischief and public intoxication.
According to a press release from the Jennings County Sheriff’s Department, deputies received a call late Tuesday from a resident who said a burglary was in progress. When deputies arrived at the scene at about 11:20 p.m., Foga was threatening the home’s residents, police said.
Foga was taken to Jennings County Jail, where she was being held on $4,055 bond.
