UPDATED AT 4:28 p.m.: Police have reopened northbound lanes of Interstate 65.
Traffic reopened aroun 4:28 p.m. Tuesday.
Indiana State Police had closed northbound lanes around 3:05 p.m. because of a wreck.
Part of a tandem semi-trailer had rolled onto its side about a mile north of Seymour, police said.
State police and officers with Jackson County Sheriff's Department and Seymour Police Department responded.
Northbound traffic was backed up south of U.S. 50 at Seymour.
