YES comedy showcase Saturday

COLUMBUS, Ind. — YES Cinema will present The Stand-Up Dads comedy show at 8 p.m. Saturday at the theater, 328 Jackson St.

The program, for ages 13 and over, will feature Dan St. Paul, Milt Abel and Kelly McDonald, who share their musings about family, relationships and being dads.

St. Paul has opened for such stars as Jerry Seinfeld, Natalie Cole, Smokey Robinson and Vince Gill and appeared with Robin Williams in the movie "Flubber." He also is a regular on "The Bob and Tom" radio show.

Abel has been a headining stand-up comedian for more than 15 years and appeared on Showtime and PBS television programs and television commercials.

McDonald started his career in New York and moved to Las Vegas. He has performed on "The Merv Griffin Show" and "The Tonight Show," both with Johnny Carson and Jay Leno. He also has appeared with Jerry Lee Lewis, Steve Winwood, Steve Allen and Jerry Seinfeld.
