Between bites of delectable ethnic cuisine and trips to the beer garden at next weekend’s Ethnic Expo, be sure to make time in your day to take in this year’s diverse entertainment. More than a dozen performers, representing a range of cultures and musical styles, will appear on two stages throughout the weekend.
