Darrell and Mary Lucas of West Deaver Road will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house planned by their children from 3 to 6 p.m. Feb. 11 at the REMC Building on Deaver Road.
Mr. Lucas and the former Mary Catherine Mathis were married Feb. 10, 1962, in Nashville.
They are retired.
The couple have two children, Leon Lucas of Lehigh Acres, Fla., and Cathy Lucas of Columbus. They also have two grandchildren.
