Andrew Michael Lahr and Jamie Laine Waters were married in a private ceremony June 23, 2012, at Seascape Country Club in Destin, Fla.
A reception followed at Emerald Bay Clubhouse in Destin. The couple reside in Houston, Texas.
The bride is the daughter of James Waters and Jo Elaine Philips of Kingwood, Texas. She is a preschool teacher at Growing Scholars Montessori School and a student at the University of Houston.
The groom is the son of Connie Daugherty and Jim Lahr of Columbus. He is a science teacher and assistant basketball coach at Cyprus Springs High School.
Katie Waters of Kingwood was maid of honor and Matthew Lahr of Alexandria, Va., was best man.
