William H. Johnson, 90, of County Road 800S, passed from this life at 11:55 p.m. Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at Willow Crossing Health & Rehabilitation.
Mr. Johnson was a lumber cutter at Seymour Manufacturing, retiring in 1983 after 37 years of service.
He was a member of Jonesville Christian Church and loved to sing and play his harmonica and square dance.
He enjoyed spending time with family and spending time with his friends at The Brick.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Stan Thomas officiating.
Family and friends may call from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday and from 2 p.m. until service time Sunday.
Burial will be at Daugherty Cemetery.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to Jonesville Christian Church.

Born in Waymansville January 15, 1922, Mr. Johnson was the son of Jesse J. and Minnie Hiten Johnson. He married Lona M. Wooten February 12, 1946. She preceded him in death August 16, 2002.
Survivors include his children, Billy R. (Donna K.) Johnson, David L. (Sandy) Johnson and Delores Jean (Chuck) Cardinal all of Columbus; grandchildren, Angela (Paul) Hammond, Amanda (Eric) Kerkhof, Benjamin (Melissa) Johnson, Denise (Andy) Jennings, Clinton Cardinal and Liza (Shawn) Spencer, all of Columbus; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and a son, Jesse Johnson.
