A. G. Miller 74, of Crothersville, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2012 at his home with his family by his side. He had been in failing health for a year.

Born June 23, 1938, in Russell Springs, Ky., he was the son of Orvis and Adoma (Crockett) Miller.

On June 23, 1978, he married Wanda (Jent) Miller who survives.

Mr. Miller had been employed at National Veneer and Pantsote and retired as a self-employed logger. He had also worked as summer help with REMC for three years. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially gardening and taking care of his lawn. He was an avid wrestling fan. Mr. Miller was of the Trinity Pentecostal faith.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Angel Miller, Teresa Kintner, stepchildren, Sue Briner, T. J. (Bo) Elam, Mike (Wilma) Elam, grandchildren, Kevin Arthur (Libby), Ashley Burcham (Clint), Christin Bell, Hunter McElfresh, Treyton McElfresh, step-grandchildren, Ryan Smith, Jason Spicer, Justin Spicer, Fred Elam, four great grandchildren, two step-great grandchildren, brothers, O. D. Miller, Dallas Miller, Danny Miller, sisters, Ruby Shuler, Hazel Moore, Terri Dixon (Angelo).

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Trudy McElfresh, brothers, Earl J. Miller, R. V. Miller, and sisters, Lola Mae Smith, and Elona Fay Miller.

Funeral services will be held at Voss Chapel on Thursday, September 6, at 1 p.m. with Rev. Eversole officiating.

Burial will take place at Cana Cemetery.

Friends may call at Voss Chapel on Wednesday, from 4 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday, from noon until time of service.

Memorials may be written to donors choice of charity.
