Marshall C. Lucas Sr., 67, of North Gladstone Ave., died Friday, September 7, 2012 at 7:16 p.m. at St. Vincent Seton Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis.
Marshall was a Truck Driver and a member of Seymour Community Church.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Rev. Anthony Martin officiating.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. to time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Duncan Cemetery in Brown County.

Mr. Lucas was born in Brown County on September 20, 1944, the son of Herman and Gladys Deckard Lucas.
Survivors include his children, Marshall C. (Cheryl) Lucas Jr. and Ramona Stader, both of Columbus; a sister, Alma Stott of Columbus; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Raymond, Elza, Marvin, Doyle and Glenn Lucas; sisters, Irene Fields and Shirley Bowling; and a son, Tony Dale Lucas.
