Gene Fox, 75 of Nashville, died peacefully Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 7 a.m. at his home.
Gene was owner-operator of ABF Business Forms, a member of Brown County Lions Club, and a member and former Master Mason at Ovid Masonic Lodge. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed NASCAR, IU Basketball and cutting fire wood.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Jonathan Moore Pike with Dr. Richard Halladay officiating.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. to time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
Brown County Lions Club will conduct a memorial service at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Anderson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.

Gene was born in Anderson on May 3, 1937, the son of Robert and Beatrice Funk Fox.
He married Jeanne Fisher on November 29, 1996.
Survivors include his wife; children, Cheryl Larson of Wyoming, Cindy (Keith) Richardson of Indianapolis and Connie (Tom) Zornes of McCordsville; a stepson, Brett (Jami) DeBord of Anderson; a brother, Carl Fox of Prairie Hill, Md.; a sister, Diane Fox of New Orleans, La.; grandchildren, Ashley Forman, Brandon Larson, Amanda and Amber Richardson, Sarah, Krista and Faith Zornes; and two great-granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
