Stephen Morgan, 87, of North Vernon, died at 5:05 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012, at Jennings Healthcare Facility in North Vernon.
Mr. Morgan is survived by a daughter, Debbie (Darrel) Sharp of North Vernon; three stepsons, Carlos (Sue) Brumley of Manchester, Ky., John (Karen) Arp of Columbus and Paul Arp of Denver, Colo.; two stepdaughters, Mervene Arp of Martinsville and Georgetta Izora Warner of North Vernon; two grandchildren; 15 stepgrandchildren; and 23 stepgreat-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Flossie Spurlock Morgan.
Funeral service will be conducted at 11a.m. Saturday at Butlerville Mennonite Church with the Rev. Dale Boyd officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church. Burial will be at the Vernon Cemetery.
Memorials can be made through the funeral home to Butlerville Mennonite Church.
