Teresa Lynn Levine, 49, of Columbus, died at 11:38 a.m. Wednesday, Sept.12, 2012 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Calvary Community Church with the Bishop Charles Sims officiating. Calling will be from 11a.m. until service time.
Memorials may be made to the Calvary Community Church.
Arrangements were made by Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home.
Survivors include her father, William Roddie of Southport; her husband, Clyde Levine of South Bend, formerly of Columbus; children, Donell (Melissa) Sallard, James L. Tucker, Sherkesha Blande and Shaun Tucker, all of Columbus; siblings, Elliott (Linda) Roddie, Damon (Bobbi) Buford, both of Columbus, Dietta Stewart and Keia Roddie, both of Louisville, Steven (Patty) Roddie of Franklin, and Kelly Barbour of Indianapolis, and three grandchildren.
