Pamela Sue Coombs, 55, of Seymour, died at 3 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.
Mrs. Coombs is survived by her mother, Barbara Sue Lindsey of Vallonia; her children, Crystie Salsman and Nathan Coombs, both of Seymour; one sister, Linda Terrell of Brownstown; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Tilford "Jr." Hauer.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Johnson Funeral Home in Vallonia with Pastor George Hamblin officiating. Burial will be at Vallonia Cemetery. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from noon until service time Wednesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Don and Dana Myers Cancer Center at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.
