Virginia Lavonne Hardwick, 83 , of North Vernon, died at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012.
Mrs. Hardwick is survived by one son, Rick Hardwick of North Vernon; two daughters, Paula (Don) Littrell of Commiskey and Sharon (Glenn) Calhoun of North Vernon; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Theo Conley Hardwick.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon, with the Revs. Dan Barringer and Rickey Persons officiating. Calling will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Jennings County through the funeral home.
