Naomi Wilson, 73 of Heritage Road, died at 4:40 a.m., Friday, October 12, 2012, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Naomi was owner of N and J Janitorial for the past 25 years.
She was the matriarch of her family, active in the community, loved helping others, was an excellent cook, host and was known for her exciting style shows.
She was a former owner of her own restaurant in Kentucky and a member of Second Baptist Church.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Revs. Larry Rowe and Robert Fields officiating.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. to time of service Tuesday.
Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Born in Eminence, Kentucky on February 25, 1939, she was the daughter of Will and Coare Kiphart Moore.
She married Jack D. Wilson on February 21, 1986; he preceded her in death on April 21, 2011.
Survivors include her daughter, Jackie Booker of Columbus; sisters, Stella (Peter) Newby of Ky., Letha Davis of Ky., Addie Moore of Columbus and Elizabeth (James) Harris of Columbus; a step-son, Tim Wilson of Columbus; seven nieces; and five nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
