Branden Lee Back, 16, of North Vernon, died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, at his home.
Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service in North Vernon. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Branden Back Memorial Foundation.
Branden is survived by his parents, Gary and Lori Back; a brother, Justin Back of Columbus; and grandparents, Lloyd and Lynn Curtis of Campbellsville, Ky., and Fronia Back of Greensburg.
