Joyce Ann Ramsey, 71, of Carrollton, Ky., formerly of North Vernon, died at 5:50 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012, at Franklin United Methodist Community.
Miss Ramsey is survived by two brothers, Steven Lee (Sally) Ramsey of Columbus and John Paul (Carol) Ramsey of North Vernon; three sisters, Jeanie (David) Arthur of New Whiteland, Sherry Lee (Carl) Stone of Albany and Judy Lynn (Jerry) Ison of Carrollton.
Funeral service will be conducted at noon Thursday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Revs. Jerry Ison and Carl Stone officiating. Calling will be from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday. Burial will be at Centerville Cemetery in Jennings County.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Reins to Recovery.
