Alfred Severin Kulczycki, 86, of Tucson, Ariz.,died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, in hospice care in Tucson.
Mr. Kulczycki is survived by his wife, Gloria Kulczycki; four children, Jane Kulczycki, Glory Kulczycki (Art Hopkins), Mary Foard (Walker) and Edward Kulczycki (Diana); seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service is planned for a later date.
