Adrik Hanaway, 15 months, of North Vernon, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Vernon Cemetery.
He is survived by his parents, Jedidiah and Alicia Brinson Hanaway; a sister, Novalee Hanaway; a brother, Darius Hanaway; and grandparents, Jim and Alma Hanaway of Queensville, Tom and Shirley Tyler of North Vernon, Leah Lopez of Columbus, Bill Brinson of North Vernon, Darrel and Pamela Simpson of Versailles and Penny Wood of Madison.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the family.
