Stephen Clark Beeler, 47, passed away Sunday morning, October 28, 2012 at VA Northern Health Care System in Marion following a brief illness.
He was born on March 21, 1965, in Muncie, the son of Lloyd and Alfretta (Adkins) Beeler, attended Delta High School and served with the U.S. Army.
Steve was employed at Securitas Securities, Inc. for the past six years and was a lifetime member of the VFW.
Surviving are his father, Lloyd Beeler (wife, Cindy), Green Bay, Wis.; three brothers, Mark Beeler (wife, Janelle), L’Anse, Mich., Joseph Beeler, Wabash, and Joshua Beeler, Green Bay, Wisc.; three sons, William, Adam, and Darren Beeler, and their mother, Denise, all of Seymour; and several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, and a sister, Linda May Beeler.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 1, 2012, in The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel. Burial will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery with Military Rites by Veterans of Delaware County.
Friends may call at Voss and Sons, Inc. in Seymour from 4 until 7 p.m. on Tuesday or from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel or from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday.
Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice.
