Floyd William Wade, 70, of Westport, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
There will be no services. Cremation is planned. Norman Funeral Home in Hope is in handling the arrangements.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Gabbard Wade; a daughter, April Dawn Phelps of Westport; a son, William (Kelly) Wade of Orlando, Fla.; sisters, Carol vest of Hope, Carmen Burton of Alert, Mattie Coomer of Letts and Jane Norley of Tenn.; brothers, Wayne Wade of Greensburg, Raymond Wade of Westport, Merle Wade of Newbern, Glen Wade of Hope and Jimmy Wade of Salem; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
