Leighton Wyatt Dallas Hayes, infant son of Tia Mathews and Michael Hayes, died at 1:41 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
In addition to his parents, Leighton is survived by grandparents, Virgil and Kimberly Abshear and Chuck and Mary Hayes, all of North Vernon, and Harold and Crystal Wright of Greensburg; and great-grandparents.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at Baldwin Cemetery in North Vernon. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home for funeral expenses.
