William J. Scgalski, 41, of Village Drive, died at 3:15 a.m. Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at IU Medical Center.
Mr. Scgalski is survived by his father, Joseph T. Scgalski Sr. of Columbus; and brothers, Joseph (Becky) Scgalski and Steve Scgalski, both of Columbus.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Speer Scgalski.
Funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home, with calling from 9:30 a.m. until service time. The Rev. Steve Pumphrey will officiate.
Private inurnment will be at a later date at Hope Moravian Cemetery.
