Claire Lewis, 60, of Brown County, died Sunday, Dec. 9. 2012, in Nashville.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Lewis of Trafalgar.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Cottonwood Church with the Rev. Darrell Miller officiating. Calling will be at the church from noon until service time Saturday.
Arrangements were made by Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home in Nashville.
