Ruth Anita Miller, 59, of Gray, Tenn., formerly of Columbus, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at home.
Born June 28, 1953, in Columbus, she was the daughter of Ralph and Mary Ruth Miller. She was former dean of Harrison College Columbus Campus.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Downing of Gray, Tenn., and brothers, Roger Miller of Columbus and Ron (Ruthie) Pelfrey of Ohio.
Anita was preceded in death by her parents.
Burial will be at a later date at Garland Brook Cemetery.
