Max Duane Ferry, 62, of Seymour, died at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
He is survived by two children, Melissa Kay (Jerry) Biehl and Max Duane Ferry II; four grandchildren; and two sisters, Kay (Randy) Green and Norma Sue (David) Carr.
According to Mr. Ferry's wishes, cremation was planned.
Arrangements were made by Burkholder Funeral Chapel in Seymour.
